Florida Mediation

Binding Arbitration is different than mediation. Unlike mediation where the mediator does not make rulings/decisions, Binding Arbitration is a proceeding wherein an individual or panel of individuals ultimately make the final decision/ruling in the dispute(s). An arbitrator in binding arbitration hears from each party during the arbitration proceedings and ultimately makes a ruling that is then enforceable by the Court. Arbitrations can be voluntarily agreed to, required by a contract, law, or the Court.
