Mike is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a member of the Florida Bar. Throughout his career as a trial lawyer, Mike has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and corporations, insurers as well as insureds. Originally from Miami, Florida, after admission to the Florida Bar, Mike worked as an associate at a Miami-based law firm, focusing primarily on insurance litigation, eventually becoming a named partner before opening his own law firm. Mike has first-chaired multiple jury trials, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants at the trial court level. Mike has hands-on experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, criminal defense, business disputes, and insurance disputes. Having represented multiple clients in multi-million dollar claims, Mike is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction held by 1% of attorneys nationwide who have been lead counsel in cases that resulted in a recovery of a minimum of at least $1,000,000.00. Having first-hand experience in high stakes litigation, Mike employs his experience in and out of the courtroom to assist parties in bridging the gap of their divide.
