TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All mediations are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom invitation via email within 72 hours of your booking. If you require an in-person mediation, please make your booking online and send an email to scheduling@florida-adr.com requesting an in-person mediation so arrangements can be made. 2-hour minimum charge applies for all bookings. There is NO CANCELLATION FEE unless the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booked date and time. If your booking is canceled within 24 hours of the booked date and time, the 2-hour minimum charge will be due. All invoiced payments are due within 14 calendar days of an invoice being dispatched to you. Past-due invoices will be sent to collections after 30 days being past due. By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly agree to reimburse Florida Mediation, LLC its attorney's fees and costs incurred as a result of having to retain counsel in order to collect payment from you in the event of your failure to pay your invoice.
